Occasionally our users run into an issue where they cannot left click in an
email, usually after pasting text from another source. The cursor looks
normal, but Outlook does not appear responsive. The only workaround so far
is to have the user right click first, which brings up the menu, and then
they can left click anywhere within the body of the email. Everyone does not
seem to suffer from this anomany, but its enough to raise a few eyebrows.
We're running XPSP3 with Office Enterprise 2007 SP1 and IE7.
I'm just looking for some suggestions on what things to try aside from
wiping out their mail profile or their desktop profile.
