Platform: MS Office Entreprise 2007: Background: I added some add-ons i.e.
fax and mobile features and deleted and disabled RSS Feeds in Outlook 2007.
Suddenly, stopped from sending and receiving with message "cannot connect to
network". However, with Outlook Express it is fine and working and connecting
with IE7 as well.
1. Tried the Network Diagnostics in Help. When trying to connect through the
Diagnostics feature message is: "Unable to connect to network";
2. Tried the repair tool: same message "unable to connect to network";
3. Removed account and signed in again: same answer;
4. Uninstalled Outlook 2007 and installed it again: same answer.
Any suggestions please?...Thank you in advance.
