I have been running Outlook 2007 Beta 2 with no problems. This morning I no
longer can read any emails. I receive the following message:
"Cannot open this item. The text formatting command is not available. It may
not be installed correctly. Install Microsoft Outlook again."
After much trial and error including trying to repair Microsoft Office,
completely removed Office 2007 and reinstalling, I was able to fix it by
disabling the Snag it add in.
However, once I used the search function in Outlook, same thing happened
again.
I received the error: "the messaging interface has returned an unknown
error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook". After clicking OK, I can't
view or create emails and receive the message referenced above.
Not sure what I should do now
