Outlook 2007 Can't send or recieve anymore

I'm running 2 mail accounts both were working fine sending and recieving
until yesterday, now only recieving and sending form 1, the other recieves no
mail and anything I try to send set in the outbox trying to send for hours.
I looked in all the folders on my desktop to see if the recieved mail was
beening diverted but I'm lost.
Does anyone know maybe what to do?, or do I need to delete that account and
reset it up again?
I've tried restarting my computer didn't help.

it sounds more like the mail server is the problem. Do you get any errors?

I got one error once on the out going but I can't remember what it was, I go
into setting and click test settings and it says it works connected to server
and sent test message correctly, but it never shows up.
Today I will call our host and find out maybe all my incoming is setting in
their server and not comng to me.

it sounds more like the mail server is the problem. Do you get any errors?
