I have an copy of English version of Windows XP and in the Regionals and
Language options I've set Korean for non-Unicode Programs. Anyhow, whenever I
try to send an email written in English in this setting, I think Outlook 2007
messes up the encoding so my outgoing message becomes a mess (although most
of the content stays intact, apostrophes and line breaks espcially turn into
somthing weird). If I write my mail in Korean, however, then everything is
fine (apostrophes and line breaks are also okay). If I change my Language for
non-Unicode Programs setting to English, then again, there is no problem. I
have my reasons to keep my Language for non-Unicode Programs setting so how
would I fix this problem?
