I don't believe it is possible but I wanted to check with the experts. I was
wondering if there is a way to find out who marked a category on an email.

For example we have a generic mailbox (e-mail address removed) that gets checked by
multiple people. Is is possible to ell who categorized which emails and when.

I think you could just see who's the last modifier of an item. But that
information is not tracked for every single property.
