Outlook 2007 Category color sharing

We are running Outlook 2007 on Windows XP with an Exchange server. Several
employees share an inbox. They would like to be able to select a color
category for any message in the shared inbox so that other users who view the
inbox will see the same category color they have applied.

Category colors are profile (or maybe machine/client) specific. It isn't
sharable.

Best solution might be to build a simple, logical folder structure that could
be mapped to exactly what you were going to do with colors.

Thanks for the info.

I'm not seeing how to give you a rating. When I clicked the response link in both Outlook and IE6 the popup was a blank windows.
