Hello;
I am running Office 2007 Enterprise and in Outlook I use the Category field
to organize emails. I have a primary inbox and a secondary one that is
shared by a couple people in my group. The Category field in my primary
email box works fine, I can right click on it and select the category and it
works fine. In the shared mail box when I right click and select a color I
get the pop up that says "Could not open item, Try Again". If I open the
item and then select the category button I can change or set the category,
but I would like to be able to do it with the right click as it is much
faster. Any Ideas?
