Outlook 2007 causes my PC to reboot

Whenver I reply to an email in the HTML format, if I don't remember to switch
the email format to Rich Text or Plain Text Outlook causes my PC to reboot.
It is a hard reboot too, which requires me to even restart my PC myself. I
am using Outlook 2007 and this began to happen only a few days ago after
running fine for several months.
