Whenever I receive e-mails in Plain Text the Paragraph style is "Hanging" and
therefore the first line of each paragraph gets chopped off. So I have to
select all text and change the Format to HTML or Rich Text and then change
the Paragraph style. While doing this once in a blue moon won't cause any
frustration I have to go through these steps for at least 20 times a day at
work. Is there any quick way to change the settings of my Plain Text
e-mails? I understand that I cannot choose to receive e-mail in Rich Text or
HTML.
Any insight is much appreciated.
