Outlook 2007 Collapse Contact Groups

How do you change the default so that the contacts are grouped and not in
detail in a view like categories in Outlook 2007? This is different in 2007
vs. 2003.

Same way. If you don't see them grouped by category when using the By
Category view, then you should reset your By Category view.
