Our company uses iMIS for our client database management. There is a third
party program called iFIND that we use to send out bulk emails using details
from the database. However, after clicking SEND, about 20% are successfully
sent but about 80% of the emails sit in the OUTBOX (Microsoft Outlook 2007).
Other users that are still using Outlook 2003 haven't experienced any of
these problems. We've checked and adjusted security settings but it hasn't
worked. Anyone familiar with the relationship between iFIND and Outlook?
