If you are talking only of Outlook 2007, you can install it allthough you
would have to uninstall Outlook 2003 first, assuming its installed.
Previous versions of OL would only allow Word as the email editor if it was
the same version, I assume OL2007 is the same
Actually, Outlook 2007 has no other editor. Deliberately changing your
Outlook version so that it does not match your Office version is still a bad
idea and always has been.
