outlook 2007 complex rules do not work

Luis

Hello,
I am a new user of outlook and I am trying to create several rules.
Everywhere it is said how easy is to create rules but nowhere people use a
complex rules or at least I could not find it. My problem is as follow:

I have messages where subject is Customer Ticket and send from contains
HelpSync (not the email from where it is send from but the name. Email is
(e-mail address removed) and does not contain HelpSync word). Those emails can come to me
in the to or cc or I can be in the bcc. I would like to make a distinction
between those ones. So I create the following two rules:

1. Apply this rule after the message arrives
with Customer Ticket in the subject or body
move it to the folder1 folder
except if my name is in the To or Cc Box

2. Apply this rule after message arrives
where my name is in the To or Cc box
and with Customer Ticket in the subject or body
move it to the folder2 folder

The two rules above work if I say apply the rule to the specific folder but
they do not work automatically. I have the rules selected so they are
activated. I tried also the option "with specific words in the sender's
address" but it looks like at the moment one creates complex rules they do
not work anymore.
Any suggestion is welcome.

Thank you

Luis

I can help a little as I know that if they are internal Exchange accounts,
"with specific words in the sender's address " will not work.
