Please have your Exchange administrator configure Outlook Anywhere in
your Outlook 2007 and stop using POP3 for Exchange server access.

There is no easy way to tell POP3 to download from a specific period of
time.

You should use native Exchange account instead of POP3. There are zero
negatives to it.

Dear Leonid S. Knyshov,

Thankyou very much for your response

I have tried to configure through exchange account as you suggested but here
first thing is those systems are not at all in the domain...
and Ia able to configure the exchange settings but when i am trying to open the mail box it saying that "Can not open your default email folder You must connect to microsoft exchange with the current profile before you can start synchrosnising your folders with your offline folder"
then i tried with the option "always Prompt for logon credentials"
the againg it giving that "The cpnnecion to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action".. i dont understand whcih way is the best to configure the Exchange with outllok 2007 when the client systems are not in the domain..

With Outlook Anywhere, the machines don't have to be domain members.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP101024441033.aspx - it's not
too complicated to configure Outlook Anywhere.

If you have a customer with machines not part of a domain, you may want
to educate them as to benefits of having domain-integrated systems.
Exchange working properly is one of them. :)

If those machines are already running Windows XP Pro, Media Center (hehe
there is a trick to make them domain-enabled), Vista Business, or
Windows 7 Professional, then they should be joined to the domain. XP
Home, Vista Home, and Windows 7 Home can be upgraded.
