OutLook 2007 Constantly getting Message "upgrading multicolored ..

Hi I have just upgraded to Outlook 2007 on XP. I am constantly getting the
message "upgrading multicolored for followup flags to Color Categories ..."

Outlook seems sluggish and I am attributing this to this issue.

What is the message? How do I get rid of this?
