Currently in our public folder we have a journal set up for linking contacts
to certain activities. In outlook 2003 we were able to create and event in
the journal then select a contact that we wanted to link to that contact.
After that was created and linked you were able to select the contact and
click on the Activities tab. Under the activities tab it would show you
everything that was linked to that contact.
In outlook 2007 the tab has been replaced with a single button under the
contact. When you click that button EVERY activity that has been logged in
the journal shows up. Is there something wrong with the journal, or with
2007?
The clients with 2003 still on their computers are still able to access the
contact activities like they should.
Any suggestions?
