I'm using Office Small Business 2007. I have two Outlook questions:
1) When I create a new mail message and type the first letter of a contact
or distribution list, it pops up with all that I've used before. Is there a
temporary file stored somewhere that holds that list? My problem is that I
removed a person out of a distribution list, but when I type the first letter
("p" for praise choir), it shows me an old list that includes the name of the
person I deleted.
2) There are four people in the office I support. They want to be able to
share the same contacts and distribution lists. Is there a way to do that
without being on an exchange server?
Thanks!
