Outlook 2007 contacts to ON

When I send a contact to ON not all the fields transfer. Notably, Job title
and Company, among some others.

Is this user error or what?

Thoughts/input?

I'd write it off as bug and wait for the next beta release. If you
believe news stories, we aren't too far away from it.
