Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2007 Pro Plus. When I go to View->Arrange
By->Conversation, conversation is grayed out. I have uninstalled/reinstalled
4 times, and the 4th time was with a different install disk. I have reset my
views to default and it remains grayed out. I have also tried office repairs
and creating a new profile.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Katie

Hi Katie

I am guessing that you are in a University and posting from there. Go to the IT
department of the University from where you purchased or received the Office
Professional Plus from. They should be able to help you out with that VL version of
Office which includes Outlook and they have the method as how to fix your issue. Let
us know

Hi Peter,

Thanks for the tip, but I work at the IT Help Desk at the University and I have perplexed the department. We know it's not a server side setting because it's not grayed out on any other computers. I have uninstalled office and reinstalled. I have uninstalled, run an office cleaner and then reinstalled...no go.

I'm also the Microsoft agreement rep for our campus, so it's up to me to find the answer anyway.

I hope someone can help me.

Katie :)
