outlook 2007 copy paste

I am having problems using outlook like i did with 2003.
When i copy and paste an image from the net or another program and try to
send it via HTML email, it converts it to the CID:// local address .

I am not sure how to keep it from using the stored CID address and not the
online image address when pasting into outlook htmls or frontpage.

how can i stop the clip board from pasting a local CID version and just pate
the image embeded from the net when i paste?

Try this: On anything you want to copy and paste press the CTRL, ALT and
PRINT SCREEN buttons simultaneously and release. Then click in the e-mail
message you want to send and press the CTRL, V buttons simultaneously and
release. Does the image copy then?
