Outlook 2007 Crash - shared calendars

I've read multiple questions of Outlook crashing, but I have a new one that I
can replicate. Now I need to find a way to fix the challenge.
Here is the scenario
Office 2007 SP1
Windows Vista SP1 (it also happens on XP)
The President and Vice President open other users mailboxes by adding their
mailbox via Account Settings -> More Settings -> Advanced Tab
At the same time they open their calendars by opening a shared calendar.
This causes Oulook to sometimes hang, sometimes crash. At the end this is
the error in Event Viewer:
Faulting application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.6212.1000, time stamp
0x46e03e45, faulting module OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.6212.1000, time stamp
0x46e03e45, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0007b424, process id
0x1eb8, application start time 0x01c8e1fdedbdf077.

I was surprised that they were the only ones having this issue, until I put
the 2 together. I added other mailboxes to my Outlook and I am able to
replicate the issue and get the error.

I wish I could tell them not to open other users mailboxes, however this was
not an issue with Outlook 2003, so their complaint is with the upgrade.

I need to make my bosses happy.... so im happy :)

Thanks,
