Outlook 2007 Crashes and Reloads Continuously

Please help me resolve 5 days of torment, searching for a resolution to this
one. Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Problem still exists in 'outlook.exe /safe.'

Error signature is as follows:
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 12.0.6316.5000 AppStamp:4833a470
ModName: msvcr80.dll ModVer: 8.0.50727.3053 ModStamp: 4889d619
fDebug: 0 Offset: 0001537a

Someone mentioned it might be caused by manifest file in 'Office 12' folder,
however deleting this didn't work either.
