Outlook 2007 crashes constantly when receive new email

We have Windows Server 2003, Exchange 2003,
users: mixed - some office 2003 and 0ffice 2007.

* issue: Everytime new email comes in, outlook 2007 crashes
" Microsoft outlook has enountered serious problem." "Restart Microsoft
outlook". This only happens on some users with Outlook 2007 not all outlook
2007 .

I've tried uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2007 and disable Adobe
add-ins. no luck

please help.
