outlook 2007 crashes each time on opening :(

hi!
need help to resolve the issue of crashes in otulook 2007. am running it on
a p.c. with vista ultimate o/s & office ent. 2007 with biz contact mgr. i
access the same from the user a/c. however it does open fine when i log in as
a n administrator. ran diagnostics, which says all fine??? antivirus is also
reposting all fine (norton 2009 - 360) pls help
