When opening a message in my mailbox, or trying to create a new item (email,
appointment, etc) Outlook crashes. The following information is written to
the application event log.
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014, stamp 4542840f,
faulting module outlook.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014, stamp 4542840f, debug?
0, fault address 0x00019132.
Below is a list of the troubleshooting steps and information about my
situation:
Operating System is XP SP2.
Outlook is connected to an Exchange 2003 server.
There are no local PST files.
I am using cache mode in Outlook.
I tried disabling cache mode.
It has been working fine for 30 days until yesterday.
I tried applying SP1 and get the same errors.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling office.
