After further examination.
The issue is a conflict between Adobe Acrobat Standard 9.0 and Outllok 2007.
Have not figured out what is the issue.
Have removed both products and reinstalled Office 2007, and have the same
issue. But this issue is on all systems that have had both products loaded.
