We are having the following problem with Outlook 2007 in our image. At some
computers Outlook 2007 just disappears after a few minutes (any emails
composed that might be open are gone). After reopening it just works fine
till the next log on.
Next to the missing error report there is nothing to find in the event
viewer (in the computer management console). Unfortunately this problem
doesn’t come up consequently. It doesn’t happen on all the computers (with
the same image) and it doesn’t happen every day when users are log in.
We are running Windows XP SP3 and Office 2007 Enterprise edition SP 2.
Does anyone have an idea what could cause this crash and/or is there a
method to log these crashes outside the eventlogs? What can we do to avoid
this? Is it a known bug?
