Outlook 2007 Crashes -

Bob

When trying to open our home (aka not work account) Outlook profile Outlook
chrashes and gives me the following error:

Business Contact Manager Manager has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry of the inconvenience.

After sending an error report it references a dead web link.

Does anyone have some suggestions how to fix this solution?

Are you using BCM? If not, make sure it is not listed in File, Data file
management

Yes I believe that I loaded BCM on this system.

I am not sure if I understand your post. Please explain in more detail.

Thanks for your help
