Outlook 2007 Custom Form does not display in 2003

I have designed a custom form (based off of default Message form) in Outlook
2007, and published the form to the Personal Forms Library. When i fill out
the form and send to other users using Outlook 2007, and they can see the
form results/contents (in the format I set up in the Read Pane) just fine.
However, anyone using Outlook 2003 does not see the Read Pane form view or
any of it's contents.
Is there a backwards-compatibility issue, or have I missed something?

The other users, regardless of version, need to publish the form to their
Personal Forms Library with the same MessageClass that you're using, e.g.
IPM.Note.MyForm. Or, in an Exchange environment, publish it to the
Organizational Forms library. Also make sure the "send form definition with
item" box on the (Properties) tab in the form design is not checked before
publishing. If you're not using Exchange, users may also need to add the
custom fields to their Inbox folder in order for the form to work 100%. That
would be true for both Outlook 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2007.

Thanks for the quick response.... I was afraid you were going to say that.
I was able to create the same form in Outlook 2003, and send to 2007 users
who could view the form without publishing, but not vice-versa.
Looks like I'll have to go another route.

Thanks again.

FWIW, that doesn't make any sense to me. It should be 2003 SP1 or earlier
that can display a form regardless of whether it's published, not 2007.
Baffling.
