Outlook 2007 customize outlook today missing

I changed my Outlook Today setting to be the winter setting that was a preset
look that came with the software. After applying this new look the customize
outlook today link disapeared. I thought that it may reappear after a reboot
but a couple days later it is still missing. Is there another way to access
the customize page or a way to make this link reappear?
