Outlook 2007 cutting off HTML newsletter

We are sending a HTML newsletter to a large number of individuals. In
outlook 2003 it renders correctly, however in 2007 it cuts off the newsletter
at a certain point. If you cut the HTML and paste it into a new email using
Outlook 2007 it also cuts it off at the same spot.

If anyone can let us know of what changes we need to make so that it is
viewable, I would greatly appreciate it!!

FYI, I have ran the HTML though Expression Web and ran the compatibility
report for 'HTML for Word 2007'. We also attempted to break the huge table
into multiple tables and that did not solve it.

Does anyone have any suggestions? We are getting pressure from our members
and management to solve this and have not found any solutions.
