Can anyone please tell me what the following command is meant to do or
show,in Outlook 2007? I cannot find a specific description for it. When
viewing the Notes folder, if you use the View | Current View commands, you
can change how the Notes are listed. The Current View options include:
Icons, Notes List, Last Seven Days, By Category and Outlook Data Files. I
know the purpose of all of these views except for the last one, Outlook Data
Files. I have tried it and do not see anything useful. I have tried having
multiple .pst files open, each with its own Notes folder (with notes inside)
but they do not make a difference to the view when I select View | Current
View | Outlook Data Files. What the heck is it for????
All help is greatly appreciated. Thx.
