Outlook 2007 Daylight savings date problem. Vista.

I'm having problems trying to get outlook 2007 to work properly on windows vista, in regards to dates.

If I have 'adjust clock for daylight savings' turned OFF, everything is fine. When I turn it ON, the dates get all messed up.

I have installed the latest DST patch and the problem is still there. Does anyone know of a fix?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you then use the TZMOVE program Microsoft supplies to adjust those
events that are incorrect?

I just did the TZMOVE thing and although it changed a few task reminders around, it really did nothing else.

Here's some history.
1. I have the old DST in vista and no DST patch installed
2. I turn 'adjust clock for daylight savings OFF in vista'
3. I add all day events in my calender, appointments, etc

All is fine except when I turn 'Adjust clock for Daylight savings' ON it all gets screwed up. So I leave it off. Problem remains that although outlook looksk fine, sycning to my phone makes the phone's clock go 1hr forward and some appointements 1 hr forward.

4. I run the latest DST vista patch
Nothing seems different. Again, daylight savings must remain off.

5. TZMove doesn't do anything except change a few task reminders around. With daylight savings turned on everything still looks like a mess.

Do I maybe need to enter all fresh outlook data with daylight savings turned ON now? I originally entered it with it turned OFF a month ago. Why would this make any difference anyway? It seems like if I enter data with daylight savings ON, it gets all messed when I turn it off and visa versa! That's how its been behaving.

Did you install the WIndows Mobile DST patch to your phone as well?

Sorry, but all I can say is that when all the DST patches were put in place
on my system and my PDA, everything behaved as it should.

Or are you not game to try it ?

Turn it off where? In Windows?

Yeah in windows. Left click the time on the bottom right,
go to 'change date and time settings' then 'change time zone' and uncheck 'adjust clock for daylight savings'.

I find that if I turn this on or off, it affects my calender items. If I have this ON and make appointments, then the appointements are wrong when I turn it OFF and visa versa.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to get to this until after the
first weekend in April, which is too late.
