Does anyone know how to make Outlook always reply from only ONE email
account. For example, I have 4 different accounts (3 pop; 1 IMAP). The
problem that I'm running into is that I only want Outlook to ALWAYS send from
the same account (one of the 3 pop accounts). When an email comes into my
IMAP account, I hit the reply button, and it says "This message will be sent
via (e-mail address removed)". I know that I can manually change the sending account by
clicking on the "Accounts" button, but I want it to automatically send from a
different account. I also realize that I can change the smtp settings to
make it go out of a different account, but my Gmal IMAP still ends up
overriding my other smtp settings somehow, because the receiver of the
message still shows that the message came from my Gmail account, even though
I have different smtp settings configured. Is there even a way to have
Outlook automatically send from a different address??
