Outlook 2007 Delegate Access & Instant Search

In Outlook 2007, a delegate is unable to open an item from Instant Search
results even if the item is not marked private. Delegate can take note of
when message was sent, locate the same message in the Inbox and open it
successfully from there. Is there a fix for this?
