Outlook 2007 Desktop Icon

How can I create a desktop icon for Outlook 2007? I do not want a
shortcut for it, I know how to do that. I want an icon where I can
right click on it, click properties and have the mail setup menu come
up. I know this can be done with Office 2003, Any help would be
apprecitaed!
