outlook 2007 disconnecting from exchange 2003

One of our users have a laptop, and it's on all the time, since upgrading to
2007, she has been getting a message that her outlook is disconnected from
the exchange. She has to close and restart outlook to connect back again.

Any ideas way this is happening?
