Have a number of users with seperate but similiar contacts in a
distribution list (12 contacts) When sending an email with an
attachement be it a file or an imbedded picture in the signature, some
receipents can download the file but on downloading creates an error
message in outlook which then closes outlook, restarts and then tries
to download the same email agian with the same result. Only way to
stop this is to delete the email using webmai.
The distribution list works fine if no attachements or if an
attachement is sent with the To: feild populated manually with
individual addresses.
Have reset IE7, disable anti-virus, disabled addins, deleted Adobe
Distiller 5 with no success. Hope someone has seen this issue and
either knows of a fix or can suggest some things to try.
Each user has there own copy of outlook 2007, not using Exchange,
Windows XP Pro
