Outlook 2007 Distrobution List

For some reason I am unable to create distrobution lists in ver 2007. I can start teh process and select names but the names I select are not added to the list. Maybe one or two are but the rest will not add and I am unable to add any more. Anyone else run into this problem? I don't receive any error message. It just will not complete the add.
