Outlook 2007 does not connect more than once to MSN

I set up my Outlook 2007 for my Email accounts at aol.com, q.com and MSN.com.
The first 2 have worked. q.com is actually powered by MSN. However MSN.com
after successfull set up of the MSN account and dowloading my Email, will not
connect toi the server again. It gives the error message that server responds
the service is unavailble, so I have to access them through the MSN
butterfly. Any ideas? I have Windows Vista 64 bit. I upgraded to Outlook 2007
because Outlook XP would not remember the password in Windows Vista, but it
would connect with the MSN.com Email account.
