Outlook 2007: Don't want Instant Search!!!

I don't want "Instant Search", and thus don't plan to either install or use
it in anyway, but...

....on top of all my windows/folders are now a line saying "Click here to
enable Instant Search".


How to remove that line, if one doesn't want to use/install/enable "Instant
Search"?!?
