Outlook 2007 duplicate Emails

I am running Outlook 2007 and downloading my email via pop3. I am leaving a
copy of messages on the server for the ability to get to them from other
pc's. I have no rules set up and only one account set up so those are not
the problems.

I download messages and then within five minutes outlook downloads all of
them again. Any ideas?

Reset the send/receive (polling) to 10 minutes, see if that helps

What is your send/receive interval? See if someting here helps:
