Outlook 2007 E-mail not sending large attachments

I recently upgraded to Vista Business and Outlook 2007. Computer is on a LAN.
Other computers on the network can send e-mails with attachments up to 10meg.
Mine can only send attachments up to 1meg. When I try to send anything larger
it gives me an error -connection to the network failed. Is there a time-out
setting in Outlook? I can recieve large attachements from a computer on our
LAN but then can't send it back...
