Hi,
After installing Office 2007 SP2, I cannot attach a file to an outlook
E-mail template. Here are the steps to recreate the problem with
Office 2007 SP2 installed.
1. Open Outlook.
2. Create a new email.
3. Do a “Save as” saving the E-mail as an “Outlook Template” (*.oft).
4. Close all programs, even Outlook.
5. Now open the created template you just made and saved.
6. After the template opens, try attaching a file to the template.
Notice that the file does not get attached to the email template.
How can I fix this so I can attach a file to an outlook template
without opening it from outlook?
