Outlook 2007 Email Count Problem

The Wes

Well...When it is 20,000+ emails, counting them is not an option. We are
copying them into a folder already, I was just seeing if there was an easier
way. Thanks.

Count them. Outlook doesn't have an option to count selected items. You
could make a new folder and copy them to it - the folder will show the total
count.

Do they all have matching criteria so you could use advanced find or a
search folder? That would give you a count too. Actually... if they are
selected, you can apply a category then create a search folder for the
category.
