Outlook 2007 email form "While You Were Out"

There was a from for previous versions of Outlook called "While You Were
Out". It seems to be imcompatible with Outlook 2007 email. Does anyone have
another version of this form that will work?

Have you "googled" While You Were Out for suggestions? I am using w/Outlook
2003 and sending to boss who has Outlook 2007 w/o any problems. Our IT dept.
followed this step to install for me to use.
