Outlook 2007 - Email Preview Pane

Hi,
I am developing an MsOutlook2007 plugin.
Is there a way to add a new item to the context menu displayed when one
performs a right click in
the email text in the Preview pane or in the email editor?
This functionality was available in Outlook2003.
