Outlook 2007 email problems

mail scenario

· Running Windows Vista Home Edition - 32 bit.

· Running Microsoft Office 2007 Outlook.

· Have set up 4 email accounts – 3 of which work fine (2 MS accounts
and 1 POP 3 account)

· The 4th (a POP3 account) will receive messages but will not send
messages.

· Messages stay in the outbox until there is a failure notice.

· Have tried different settings including changing the outgoing
server port numerous times.

· Using Webmail, I can send and receive just fine.

· Have changed outgoing setting to smtp.comcast.net as well as
mail.mydomain.com.

· Have tried many different outgoing port numbers – no change except
different error messages.

· My server IT people can send and receive just fine from their
computers using my settings.

· Have talked to server site (Church Web Works), Comcast (ISP), Go
Daddy (Domain Registrar), Microsoft (through chat lines) Norton (AntiVirus
program), router company and anyone else I can think of. Everone trys, but
ends up suggesting that the problem is not with them.

· Also was able to send message using Safe mode.

· Any help here would be greatly appreciated – this has been
happening for over 5 weeks now.
