Outlook 2007 email suddenly in print format, not HTML. Why?

Easily Confused

I was getting email in HTML format (complete with the buttons you click on to
get to websites, etc.). Suddenly it went to all print and I can't get to any
of the linked webpages. I checked the Tools-Options and it is still set to
receive emails in HTML format. How do I get HTML back?
